for the unartificial damage of hardware owing to the quality of
hardware, we will supply service in the spot and replace the damaged
hardware for free. If it is the buyer’ fault and make damages, we
will replace it for repay.

| on receipt of client fax, we will response in 2 hours. For
hardware, 4 hours to the on-site services in the city, 24hour to the
spot in the province and 48 hours to the spot outside of province
(exclude force majeure). For software, it will be solved in 4 hours. |
