Installation and Adjust

According to the requested from customers, our technicians can install follow the operation instruction and request from customers and adjust to work normally.

Train on the spot

After installation, our technicians will train for technician on the spot, then teach performance and operation instruction of equipment.

Technical training

We can provide correlation train for tender technician and user, as methods trained by explanation and visit at factory organization training. The user can operate independently and make a just general faulty.

Maintenance service
Guaranteed time to be free of charge: Supply maintenance service for life in a free warranty period,if any malfunction, we will replace the parts which are damaged of raw material and manufacturing defects for free.
 
Replace spare parts
As for the unartificial damage of hardware owing to the quality of hardware, we will supply service in the spot and replace the damaged hardware for free. If it is the buyer’ fault and make damages, we will replace it for repay.
 
Fault response
on receipt of client ‘fax, we will response in 2 hours. For hardware, 4 hours to the on-site services in the city, 24hour to the spot in the province and 48 hours to the spot outside of province (exclude force majeure). For software, it will be solved in 4 hours.
